Requirements

In charge of managing office administration and financial record-keeping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Intermediate/Advanced).


Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Manage cash flow, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Handle corporate tax administration and compliance.
  • Organize office operational needs and maintain systematic document filing.
